TRACY ADAMS
Tracy Adams born and raised in Ohio has been involved in competing and/or coaching track and cross country for over 20 years. Tracy's training methods and ability to communicate with collegiate coaches has helped a number of high school students receive scholarships. Most notably Tracy's twin daughters each received full scholarships for track and cross country to Saint Louis University. Tracy has worked with soccer, football, softball, baseball, and lacrosse players in addition to her track and cross country coaching.
