Beat was the difference-maker in my journey from semi-pro status to pro. Entering the soccer season, I’ve never felt more ready, physically and mentally, to compete. Matt heard me out on my goals and pushed me past them. Never have I trained in an environment where the expertise comes hand-in-hand with such a strong and passionate investment in my success. The culture of the gym is one-of-a-kind. And the grit is contagious. I first came to Beat for the physical gains, but I'm still here because of the people and the community. Hands down, the best days of my week are the days I spend my mornings at Beat.

Beat's acceleration program was exactly what we needed to give the twins that final boost to obtain a full college scholarship at the University of St Louis. We had tried other gyms, trainers, and programs, however they used standard textbook drills; there was nothing quantifiable and proven to increase speed and strength. Beat's program increased the girls speed, strength, and mental capacity for the "run". We thank Beat for helping us along the way.
In the summer of last year I decided I wanted to continue my soccer career but I knew I needed to do more than attend soccer trainings. I began working out at Beat for strength and conditioning and I soon started to notice a difference in my play. I was becoming faster and stronger on the ball. About 10 months later, I was training/ competing with the best professional women soccer players in the US. I thank Matt for helping me get to that level. He has been an amazing trainer! He is always challenging me in every workout and it's been worth it.
Since going to Beat, my running form has improved as well as my speed on the treadmill. The treadmill has helped me remain consistent while maintaining a strong pace. Everyone at Beat is very encouraging which makes the experience even better. Due to Beat and pre-season training I believe that this will be the best track season yet.
The acceleration training has challenged my limits, enhanced my running technique and allowed me to realize that if everything seems under control you are not going fast enough.
My experience with Beat training has been great. I feel strong both mentally and physically. The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. The trainers are helpful and push you to do your best. I feel that the speed training is going to help with my up coming season. I see personal records in the future thanks to Beat training.
